When you’ve got so many thoughts running through your head, it’s kinda hard keeping them inline. Today however, I learned the power to be mindfulness in breathing. Sometimes in order to be one with the universe, to be one in life, to be one for a moment, we forget that all we have to do is just breathe IN then breathe OUT. Amazing how wonderful the World can be, when you can take time to be grateful for healthy lungs and a little peace of mind.
